Jeffrey H. Dresner, M.D., F.A.C.P.
Chairman / Medical Director / Internal Medicine
Dr. Jeffrey H. Dresner is a Board Certified specialist in Internal Medicine and has been with the group since 1987. Dr. Dresner served his internship and residency at Rhode Island Hospital/Brown University Program in Medicine in Providence, Rhode Island where his experience included primary patient care, supervision of medical intensive and cardiac care units with extensive emergency room and trauma center experience. He earned his medical degree from New York Medical College in Valhalla, New York, receiving the institution's "Cor et Manus" Service Award. A Cum Laude graduate of Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, New York, he also was awarded a master's degree in biochemical pharmacology from the State University of New York/Roswell Park Graduate Division in Buffalo, New York. Board Certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and a diplomat of the National Board of Medical Examiners, Dr. Dresner is a member of the American College of Physicians, Palm Beach County Medical Society, and the Florida Medical Association.
Dr. Dresner joined the Palm Beach Medical Group after spending two years as a physician specialist in Internal Medicine at the Ruskin Community Health Center in Ruskin, Florida. He has also conducted extensive research in biochemical pharmacology and is the author of several professional articles and papers. He has served as both Chairman of the Department of Medicine as well as Chief of Staff at JFK Medical Center-North Campus in West Palm Beach and also maintains staff privileges at Jupiter Medical Center. Dr. Dresner is married and has two children.
Victor M. Molina, M.D.
Internal Medicine
Dr. Victor M. Molina was born in Havana, Cuba. At the age of eleven, he and his family immigrated to the United States. He is fluent in both Spanish and English. Dr. Molina attended Rutgers College of Pharmacy in Piscataway, New Jersey and received his pharmacy degree in 1980. He attended and graduated from Rutgers Medical School in 1984. He completed the internship and residency program in Internal Medicine at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital, New Brunswick, New Jersey. In June 1987 Dr. Molina joined the Palm Beach Medical Group. He is Board Certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine. Dr. Molina is a member of the American College of Physicians and the Florida Medical Association. He has been awarded the PBCGME Attending of the Year Internal Medicine 2014-2015 and West Palm Hospital Patient Advocate Award 2015. He is a Clinical Assistant Professor of Internal Medicine at Nova Southeastern University College of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Molina was a member at large of the Medical Executive Committee at West Palm Hospital and past Chairman of the Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee. He is currently on staff at JFK Medical Center-North Campus and Jupiter Medical Center. He enjoys spending time with his wife and children traveling and attending football games. Dr. Molina has been serving his patients for over 25 years in Palm Beach County.
Victor M. Molina, M.D.

Kenneth D. Sohn, M.D.
Internal Medicine
Dr. Kenneth D. Sohn was born in New York. He completed his undergraduate education at SUNY Binghamton, graduated medical school at SUNY Downstate in 1991, and completed his residency at Stony Brook in 1994. He was a partner in a private practice in East Hills, New York, and was an active member of the teaching staff at North Shore Hospital. In 2004 he joined the Palm Beach Medical Group to be closer to relatives and enjoy a more active outdoor lifestyle with his wife and daughters. He is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and currently serves on the JFK Medical Center-North Campus Medical Peer Review Committee. Dr. Sohn has served as Vice Chairman of the Department of Medicine at JFK Medical Center North Campus in West Palm Beach. He also maintains staff privileges at Jupiter Medical Center.
Dr. Sohn educates his patients regarding their illnesses. He is a firm believer that his role is to be the “quarterback” to help manage and coordinate the complexities of medical care sometimes with sub-specialists in the 21st century. He attempts to motivate his patients to make the lifestyle changes toward better health.
Minerva M. Ellis, D.O., F.A.C.O.I.
Internal Medicine
Dr. Minerva M. Ellis was born at the U.S.M.C. base in Pearl Harbor, Hawaii. She’s been a Florida resident for the greater part of her life and is fluent in both English and Spanish. She received her medical degree from Nova Southeastern University in Davie, Florida. Dr. Ellis completed her internship and residency in Internal Medicine at West Palm Hospital in West Palm Beach, Florida. She is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and a member of the Palm Beach County Medical Society. She is on active staff at Jupiter Medical Center in addition to JFK Medical Center-North Campus. Photography, the outdoors, SCUBA diving, and tennis are incorporated into her free time. As the newest member of the Palm Beach Medical Group, she enjoys spending time with her husband as well as her two children.
Alexandra M. Lacqua, M.D.
Internal Medicine
Dr. Alexandra M. Lacqua was born and raised in New York City. She completed her undergraduate degree in Sociology at Loyola University Chicago before heading to Grenada where she completed her Doctor of Medicine Magna Cum Laude at St. George's University School of Medicine. While there, Dr. Lacqua fell in love with the sun and went on to sunny South Florida to complete her Internal Medicine Residency at Florida Atlantic University. While at FAU, she served as a resident mentor and a chair member of the events committee as well as a member of the internal medicine recruitment committee. Dr. Lacqua is Board Certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and currently a member of the American College of Physicians and the American Medical Student Association.
Outside of medicine, she enjoys strength training and going to the beach. She is a triplet from a large Italian family and enjoys cooking new and old recipes while spending time in the kitchen with family and friends.
Dr. Lacqua is a firm believer in truly getting to know and understand her patients, to provide the most comprehensive and personalized care. As the newest addition to the team, Dr. Lacqua is extremely excited to embark on her new journey with the Palm Beach Medical Group!
